At Fitaura, we aim to deliver your health, wellness, and personal care products quickly and safely. Please read our shipping guidelines below.

Shipping Coverage

Fitaura ships to addresses across India using trusted courier partners. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

• Free Prepaid Shipping on all orders above ₹299.
• For orders below ₹299, a shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders above ₹399 only.
• A nominal ₹49 COD handling fee applies to all COD orders.
• No hidden charges — all fees are displayed clearly at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed within 0–1 working days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days (Monday–Saturday), depending on your location and courier partner. Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen delays or high seasonal demand.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped. You can use this number on the courier partner’s website to track progress. If you need help tracking your order, our support team is always ready to assist.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to modify your address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Once an order has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Please note: We rely on third-party courier services for deliveries. While we strive for timely delivery, occasional transit delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
