1. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship to almost all serviceable pin codes across India using trusted courier partners.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently ship only within India.

3. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges depend on your order value. Final charges will be displayed clearly at checkout. We offer free or low-cost shipping based on cart value.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 5–7 working days. Delivery times depend on your location and courier performance.

5. How long does it take to process an order?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed within 0–1 working days. Orders placed after cutoff time or on holidays are processed the next business day.

6. How can I track my shipment?

You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can click the link to check your shipment status anytime.

7. What should I do if my order is delayed?

Courier delays may sometimes occur. If your order is significantly delayed, contact our support team and we will assist you with an update.

8. What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please record a parcel opening video and contact us within 24 hours. We will resolve the issue as per our Return & Replacement Policy.

9. Can I change my address after placing the order?

Address changes are possible only if the order has not been dispatched. Contact us immediately for modifications.

10. What happens if I am not available during delivery?

The courier will attempt delivery multiple times. If the order returns due to non-acceptance, return shipping charges may apply for prepaid orders.
