Order Cancellation Policy

1. Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, as long as they have not been shipped yet.

Once your cancellation request is verified, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

2. After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If a customer refuses to accept a prepaid or COD order after shipping, the following may apply:

• Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund (for prepaid orders).
• Repeated refusal of orders may lead to restrictions on future purchases.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment, a 100% refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.

All refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during the purchase.
