Thank you for choosing Fitaura! We are committed to providing high-quality health, fitness, and personal care products. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request a replacement if required.

1. Warranty Coverage

All eligible products purchased from fitaura.in include a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects for a period of 15 days from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Non-functional or defective components due to manufacturing issues
  • Broken or missing parts caused by manufacturing error
  • Product not working on arrival (must be reported within 24 hours)

2. What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
  • Water or moisture-related damage (where not applicable)
  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic deterioration
  • Issues caused by regular usage beyond the product’s normal lifespan

3. Warranty Claim Process

To request a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

  • Record a parcel opening video when your package is delivered.
  • Report any defect or issue within the 15-day warranty period.
  • Share your order number, issue details, and video proof via WhatsApp or email.

After verification, we will arrange a pickup and provide a replacement at no additional cost. Replacements are usually dispatched within 7 working days after approval.

4. Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 15 days from the date of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be processed.
